Lee is a seasoned professional with a diverse skill set encompassing project management, property management, change management and a deep understanding of stakeholder engagement. With a solid track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, Lee excels in overseeing complex initiatives that involve multiple stakeholders. He is known for his ability to drive collaboration, maintain clear communication, and effectively manage contracts, ensuring the successful completion of projects while exceeding stakeholder expectations
Lee has a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to reach project milestones efficiently. His skill in contract management guarantees that projects are executed within the defined scope, budget, and timelines while maintaining quality and compliance standards. Moreover, Lee is adept at stakeholder engagement, building strong and lasting relationships with diverse parties, from clients to regulatory bodies, to ensure that projects proceed smoothly and without impediments.
Lee has started and completed over 75 projects for himself and stakeholders in the private sector. These projects range from $5,000 to $4,000,000 in the commercial and residential space.
Lee has raised over 15MM in capital for a diverse portfolio of ventures across Canada and the US. He has an astute understanding of both the residential and commercial markets and has capitalized on real estate opportunities while showing a keen ability to navigate the intricacies of property development and management
